Construction:
Double-Walled Design: Inner chamber (boiler) made from 16 SWG Stainless Steel (304 grade) with a polished Stainless-Steel outer shell (304 grade).
Air insulation between the boiler and outer shell.
All internal joints are argon arc welded to ensure zero steam and pressure leakage.
Lid & Safety Components:
Die-pressed, thick Stainless Steel lid with pressure gauge, steam release/exhaust valve, and spring-loaded safety valves.
Includes a ¼” BSP port with coupling for validation purposes.
Foot-lifting arrangement for convenient lid handling.
Performance:
Temperature Range: 121°C to 125°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
Pressure Range: 15–20 PSI (factory set at 15 PSI).
Timer range: 1–99 minutes.
PT-100 temperature sensor for accurate readings.
Full sterilization cycle automation: air purging, sterilizing hold time, cycle end, pressure release/exhaust with alarm.

Drain valve for easy chamber cleaning.
