The Vertical Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is constructed using Mild Steel Powder Coated and Stainless Steel finishes for durability and corrosion resistance. The system is available in a variety of size options, including 600mm x 600mm x 600mm, 900mm x 600mm x 600mm, 1200mm x 600mm x 600mm, and 1800mm x 600mm x 600mm, catering to different workspace requirements. The system operates with an air supply of AC 230V, 50/60Hz and is supported by one or two HEPA filters, depending on the specific model.
Features:
Side Panels: Constructed using thick transparent plexiglass, framed for durability and easy visibility.
Filtration System: Equipped with pre-filter and HEPA filters that provide an impressive 99.99% efficiency, effectively removing airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns and larger, ensuring clean and sterile working conditions.
Blower and Motor Assembly: The unit features a 1/4 h.p. statically and dynamically balanced motor, designed for low noise operation and efficient airflow.
UV Sterilization: UV germicidal tube included for sterilizing the workspace and further ensuring a sterile environment.
Front Door: The cabinet includes a sliding plexiglass door for easy access to the workspace, with fluorescent lighting to illuminate the interior.
Monitoring: The system comes with an analogue manometer for real-time monitoring of air pressure, ensuring optimal performance.
Additional Features: Includes a gas cock and fluorescent light, as well as a washable synthetic pre-filter to support prolonged operation with minimal maintenance.
