The equipment is specifically crafted to deliver consistent orbital shaking motion, which is essential for a wide range of applications in laboratories and industrial research settings. These shakers feature a double-walled inner chamber made of S.S. 304 and an outer frame of M.S. powder-coated material, ensuring durability and robust performance. The PUF insulation between the two walls enhances energy efficiency by minimizing heat loss. The heavy angle frame structure provides stability and support for various shaker operations.

The shaking assembly is powered by an electric pulley mechanism, ensuring smooth and consistent motion. The platform is made from adjustable stainless steel, providing flexibility for various container sizes and shapes. For secure holding of flasks, a spring-type clamp arrangement is used, which allows easy interchangeability of flasks. The shaker is powered by a PMDC motor, and the RPM (50 to 250 RPM) is precisely controlled using a regulator. The stroke displacement is adjustable between 25 to 30 mm, allowing for customization based on the specific needs of the experiment or application.

Temperature control is provided through a digital temperature controller cum indicator, with an accuracy of ±0.5˚C. The shaker can operate within a temperature range of 10˚C to 60˚C in the cooling model, and 5˚C above ambient to 60˚C in the heating model. Cooling is achieved through a CFC-free hermetically sealed compressor, while heating is facilitated by a U-type tubular S.S. heater. The shaker is also equipped with illumination light for visibility and a digital RPM indicator to monitor shaking speed. Additionally, it includes a digital timer with an audio-visual alarm for added convenience and precise timing.
