To minimize heat loss, the furnace is insulated with ceramic fibre blankets on all four sides, ensuring maximum energy efficiency. Equipped with Kanthal A1 heating elements, the furnace provides uniform heat distribution for precise temperature control. The furnace can operate at a working temperature of up to 1050˚C, with a maximum limit of 1100˚C, ideal for a range of industrial applications. The unit features a Microprocessor PID Digital Controller for accurate temperature regulation, and it comes with an integrated safety feature in the form of a thermocouple fuse to prevent overheating. Available in various sizes, these furnaces are a reliable and essential tool for industries that require consistent, high-temperature environments for testing and treatment processes. Power supply is provided through a standard 230V, 50Hz connection.
