The PSI Laminar Air Flow Benches (Horizontal) are engineered to meet the stringent requirements of US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295), providing particle-free air to ensure Class 100 conditions. These benches are specifically designed for environments that require the highest standards of cleanliness and purity, making them ideal for a wide range of applications such as culture analysis, bacteriological and biological research, plant tissue culture, and industries such as food, beverage, and electronics.

High-Quality Materials:
Exterior surfaces are covered with durable Stainless Steel (SS-304).
The working table is made of high-grade Stainless Steel Sheet (SS-304).
Interior surfaces are epoxy painted to prevent contamination, and the filter seat is carefully formed, installed, and checked for any potential leakage.
Side panels and front doors are made of 6 mm thick transparent acrylic plexiglass for easy viewing and accessibility.
Efficient Filtration:
Equipped with a highly efficient HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter with a 99.99% efficiency rating for cold DOP and 99.97% for hot DOP, ensuring the removal of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.
Pre-filter is fitted to extend the life of the HEPA filter by capturing larger particles before air passes through the HEPA filter.
Illumination & Comfort:
The working area is illuminated with fluorescent lighting for optimal visibility.
The blower and motor assembly are statically and dynamically balanced, operating with minimal noise at a capacity of 1/5 H.P.
The working table is designed for a comfortable "sit-down" position, promoting operator convenience.
Comprehensive Equipment:
Supplied with an SS table top, transparent front door, static pressure manometer, built-in UV germicidal light, and cock for gas, air, or vacuum lines.
Includes HEPA filters, pre-filter, and a cord with plug for single-phase 220/230V AC supply.
